1. General Provisions

1.1 Limited Liability Company "Seldon 2" (hereinafter referred to as the " Company ") offers the Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the " User ") to use "Seldon.News" service, accessible at: https://myseldon.com/(hereinafter referred to as the “ Service ”).

1.2 By starting to use the Service/its individual functions, the User is deemed to have accepted these Terms, as well as the terms of all the above documents, in full, without any reservations or exceptions. In the event of the User's disagreement with any of the provisions of the above documents, the User has no right to use the Service.

1.3 These Terms may be changed by the Company without any special notice, the new version of the Terms shall come into force from the moment of its posting on the Internet at the address specified in this paragraph, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Terms. 1.4 If the Company has made any changes to these Terms, in the manner prescribed by paragraph 1.3. of these Terms, with which the User does not agree, he shall stop using the Service.

1.5 The Service offers the User the opportunity to access news information, as well as various photo, audio and video materials from various sources. All currently existing functions of the Service, as well as any development of them and/or addition of new ones, are the subject to these Terms.

2. Individual functions of the Service

2.1 Information materials of any type and form of presentation, including texts, images, photographs, audio and video materials (hereinafter referred to as “ Information ”), posted on the Service are provided by the Service’s partners and contain a link to the source.

2.2 Any information used in the Service is intended solely for non-commercial use. At the same time, any copying of the Information, its reproduction, processing, distribution, communication to the public (publication) on the Internet, any use in the media and other sources, and/or for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the copyright holder is prohibited, except for cases expressly provided for in these Terms.

2.3 The Company automatically indexes, annotates and systematizes the Information provided by the Service partners in order to provide the User with the ability to search through publicly available news information posted on the Internet. With the exception of the automatic annotation and systematization specified in this paragraph, the Company does not make any changes or corrections to the Information provided by the Service partners, nor does it produce or distribute any of its own Information within the Service.

2.4 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict the User's access to the Service (or to certain functions of the Service, if technologically possible) using his account or to completely block the User's account in case of repeated violation of these Terms, or to apply other measures to the User in order to comply with the requirements of the law or the rights and legitimate interests of third parties.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 The Service provides the User with a free opportunity to get acquainted with the summary of news in the format of a coherent text generated automatically (hereinafter referred to as the “ Technology” ) based on several sources of publicly available news information united by a common theme, posted on the websites of the Service’s partners.

3.2 If the content of materials in the Service, as well as the composition of sources, in the opinion of the User, violates the requirements of laws and/or affects the rights and interests of third parties, he/she has the right to send an appeal using the feedback forms posted on the Service, or send a letter to the address: news@myseldon.com

3.3 The Company does not guarantee the relevance, accuracy, relevance, correctness, sufficiency and completeness of the information contained in the Service. To check the news information specified in the Service, it is recommended to visit the source site of the partners, following the links in the sources specified in the Service.

3.4 The user understands that:

4. Intellectual property

4.1 All rights to the Service, including software, design and individual elements thereof, belong to the Company and other legal copyright holders.

4.2 Any copying, reproduction, processing, distribution, communication to the public, or other use of news materials from the Service without the prior consent of the Company is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 The service is provided on an "as is" basis ( as is ). The Company does not provide any guarantees regarding the error-free and uninterrupted operation of the Service or its individual functions, compliance with the specific goals and expectations of the User.

5.2 Use of the Service by a minor is permitted with the knowledge and consent of his/her legal representative and under his/her control after the legal representative has read these Terms and fully accepted their provisions on his/her behalf. The Company does not guarantee the absence of information in the Service that does not correspond to the age category of the minor.

5.3 The relations between the User and the Company regarding the provision of the Service by the Company are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. In case of questions, statements or claims, the User has the right to report them through the feedback functionality in the Service.

5.4 The Company does not compensate for any losses, including lost profits, moral and other damages caused to the User or third parties as a result of their use of the Service, including losses associated with making any decisions and actions based on information posted in the Service.

5.9 In the part not regulated by and not in conflict with this section, the provisions of the Terms shall apply.
