This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the general terms and conditions for processing data, including personal data (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Data”), provided by users upon registration or other actions related to the provision of the Data specified below on the Internet site https://myseldon.com/(hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

The terms and conditions set forth in this Policy may be changed by the Operator at any time. Changes shall come into force immediately after they are posted on the Site. The User of the Site shall independently familiarize themselves with the Policy and changes thereto. In case of disagreement with the changes to the Policy, the User shall stop using the Site. Further use of the Site shall mean full agreement with the Policy.

Use of the Site means the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing of Data, including his personal data, specified therein; in case of disagreement with these terms, the User must refrain from using the Site.

By accepting the terms of this Policy, the user expresses his/her consent to the processing of Data, including personal data in the amount and for the purposes defined in this Policy.

Types and methods of obtaining Data

This Policy applies to the following Data:

• Data provided by users upon registration on the Site, including personal data: full name (if applicable), telephone number, user email address.
• Data provided by the legal entity user when filling out the information form: the user's company's sphere of activity, the size of the user's company, the location of the user's company.

Mandatory Data is marked in a special way. Other Data is provided at the discretion of the user.

• Data automatically transmitted during the use of the Site by means of software installed on the user's device, including IP address, individual network number of the device, electronic serial number, cookie data, information about the browser, operating system, access time, search queries.

Processing and use of Data

Processing of Data, comprising personal data, includes the performance of any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) using automation tools or without using such tools with Data, personal data among them, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

Data processing is carried out for the following purposes:

• identification of the Site user as a party to the agreement on the provision of information services using the Site;
• providing information to users of the Site using the Site;
• communication with the User, responding to requests from Site users to the Site support service, informing about the Site’s capabilities, sending requests to Site users regarding the use of the Site;
• conducting statistical and other research for the purpose of developing new services for users of the Site;
• ensuring the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operators and (or) third parties, if there is reason to believe that the user of the Site violates the terms of this Policy, intellectual rights, and the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Entities processing Data in accordance with this Policy undertake not to transfer Data to third parties, unless otherwise provided by this Policy, and also with the exception of cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

By providing Data when registering on the Site, the user also gives consent to the Operator to send to the user advertising and informational offers of the relevant financial services and products of the Operator based on the received Data, and to process the Data for the specified purpose.

The processing of Data, including personal data, will be carried out in compliance with all principles and rules stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation and in accordance with this Policy.

Personal data provided by users upon registration on the Site are stored in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The data is stored for the duration of the account or for the period of provision of information to the user using the Site and is destroyed within the timeframes and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Users have the right to:

• independently make changes and additions to the Data provided by the user in the personal account on the Site;
• delete the Data provided by the user in the personal account on the Site; however, deleting the Data and/or account on the Site may result in the inability to use some functions of the Site;
• upon request, receive information regarding the processing of the user's personal data.

Applicable law and dispute resolution procedure

In the event of disputes, disagreements or claims related to and (or) arising from this Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Disputes"), such Disputes shall be settled through negotiations and mutual consultations. The User undertakes to send a written claim (complaint) to the postal address and e-mail address of SELDON 2 LLC specified in this Policy. SELDON 2 LLC has the right to send a response to such claim (complaint) within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its receipt.

If the resolution of a Dispute through negotiations and mutual consultations becomes impossible, or within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim (complaint) a response to it is not received, all Disputes are subject to resolution in court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

This Policy and the relations arising in connection with its application, as well as issues not regulated by this Policy, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
