Поправки вносятся в статью 20 Жилищного кодекса Российской Федерации Депутаты Госдумы от КПРФ во главе с лидером партии Геннадием Зюгановым внесут в Думу законопроект об отмене моратория на проверки управляющих компаний (УК) при поступлении многочисленных жалоб граждан или организаций, соответствующий документ есть в распоряжении РИА Новости. Соавторами проекта выступили депутаты Госдумы от КПРФ Юрий Афонин, Николай Коломейцев, Алексей Куринный и сенатор Айрат Гибатдинов.
